The 90-Day Private Health Blueprint
Your health. Your strategy. Your life.
A private, one-to-one program for women who are exhausted, have tried diets, supplements and programs that didn’t last, and want a clear plan built around their own body. You leave with a system you can run on your own.
Written for the woman who takes care of everyone.
It’s for you if…
- You’re tired most days, often by mid-afternoon
- Digestion, sleep, hormones or anxiety keep getting in the way
- You’ve tried a lot and nothing has fit together or lasted
- You want to understand your body, not just follow a plan
- You’re ready to actively change your habits, with support
It’s not for you if…
- You’re looking for a quick fix or a meal plan to follow alone
- You want coaching to replace your doctor’s care
- Now isn’t the right time to make changes
If you have a medical condition or take medication, we work alongside your doctor.
Everything we work on together
- Comprehensive health assessment. History, eating, sleep, stress, habits and goals.
- Personalized nutrition strategy. Nutrient-dense food with quality protein and fat, matched to you.
- Metabolic tracking. Guided tracking of glucose, ketones and symptoms.
- Emotional resilience and behavior change. Patterns, stress responses and habits that hold.
- Four sources of resilience. Creativity, spirituality, movement and human connection.
- Sleep, recovery and daily life. Routines that fit the life you actually have.
- Private sessions and ongoing support. 12 sessions plus message support on weekdays, 8:00–16:00.
We start where you are, and go only as far as you need.
Not one protocol for everyone. A low-carb ladder, matched to how you feel, what your data shows and what you’re ready for.
LCHF
Low-carbohydrate, higher-fat eating. A gentle, sustainable starting point.
VLCHF
Very low-carbohydrate, for stronger metabolic support.
Paleolithic ketogenic
An animal-based ketogenic approach (based on the PKD protocol), used when it’s right for you and coordinated with your doctor where needed.
Five phases
- 01UnderstandDays 1–15
Mapping your starting point, needs and goals.
- 02DesignDays 16–30
Creating your personal Blueprint and priorities.
- 03ImplementDays 31–60

- 04RefineDays 61–75

- 05IntegrateDays 76–90

At the end, you have a personal nutrition and lifestyle plan, an understanding of your own patterns, practical stress strategies, and a clear plan to continue on your own.

- Your personal Blueprint to keep
Tracking devices (glucose and ketone meter) are not included. You’ll receive a personal recommendation.
Before you apply
I’ve already tried so much. How is this different?
Most programs hand you a plan. Here we build the plan from your own history and data, then adjust it as your body responds. We measure instead of guess, and we work on stress and habits alongside food. You leave understanding why it works for you.
Will I have to give up everything I like?
We start where you are and go only as far as you need. Some women do well with a gentle low-carb approach. Others need more. Every step is discussed with you.
How much time will it take alongside work and family?
The program is built around your real life: one session most weeks, plus short check-ins by message. The five phases make sure changes come in at a pace you can hold.
It’s a significant investment. How do I know it will help?
Results vary, and I won’t promise outcomes. What I can promise is a clear process, real data to show what is changing, and a system you keep for life, so this is the last program of its kind you need. The free consultation is there so we can both decide whether it’s the right fit.
I take medication or have a diagnosis. Can I join?
Often yes, alongside your doctor. Lower-carbohydrate eating and ketosis can change how some medications (for example for blood sugar or blood pressure) need to be dosed, so your doctor should be involved before we begin. Coaching supports, and does not replace, medical care.
What happens after the 90 days?
You leave with your Blueprint and the skills to use it. If you’d like continued support, Blueprint graduates can choose ongoing monthly sessions or occasional strategy check-ins.
Apply for a free 45-minute consultation.
A short questionnaire, then a conversation about your health and goals. I work with five women at a time.
