About

I’m Diana.

And I didn’t start exploring nutrition because I wanted another diet. I started because I wanted to understand my own body.

My story

For years, I struggled with migraines and tried different approaches to feel better. I ate what I believed was “healthy.” I tried different diets. I looked for answers.

Eventually I realized that feeling better wasn’t about finding another quick fix. I needed to look at health differently.

When I discovered therapeutic nutrition and therapeutic ketosis, it changed the way I understood food, health and the human body. More importantly, it made me curious. Why does the body respond the way it does? What happens when we give it the right conditions?

That curiosity became my work.

How I work

The bigger picture, not one symptom at a time.

I work with accomplished women who look like they have it all together, and who are quietly exhausted.

I bring two things together that are usually kept apart: nutrition, as the foundation of physical health, and emotional resilience, so changes hold up under real-life pressure. We use your own data, so you can see what’s changing, not just hope it is.

I work privately, with only five women at a time. My role is to support you alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
